ASSEMBLY OF STEAMED BUN RACK CAR SERIES

The Assembly of Steamed Bun Rack Car Series is a special modular assembled rack trolley specially used for steamed bun, steamed bread, steamed stuffed bun and pastry steaming, cooling and transferring in canteens, breakfast shops, pastry factories and central kitchens. 

The trolley is designed with multi-layer layered rack structure, which can place multiple steaming trays and baking trays in layers, with large storage capacity and uniform heat dissipation.

The frame is assembled with stainless steel square tubes, easy to disassemble and assemble, convenient for storage and transportation, and the structure is stable without shaking. 

The high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant material is adopted, which can adapt to high-temperature steaming room environment and long-term high-temperature use without deformation and rust. 

The surface is smooth and easy to clean, meeting food processing hygiene standards. The bottom casters are high-temperature resistant and wear-resistant, flexible to push, convenient for transferring steamed pastries from steaming room to cooling room and selling area, improving pastry production and handling efficiency.
